Team member - This is the default screener role for all accounts. The role can only view events they're assigned to, but cannot manage events or programs. Within each assigned event, the role can view Personal Health Information (PHI) of all participants. This role cannot access Participants, Reports or Account tab in the top navigation bar.
Outside Vendor - this role cannot view Personal Health Information (PHI) but can view Events they're assigned to. They can view individual participant participation and PII (i.e. by visiting Participants > [Choose Participant]) but cannot view screening results or coaching notes. This role cannot access Programs, Reports or Account tab in the top navigation bar.
Admin - this role has all permissions.
