How do I manage a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are "Events" in CloviFlow. They will appear under Events tab and will be associated with a Program you've setup in Programs tab. 

To make sure that your event is a "coaching session", you can verify by clicking on the Event > Settings > Coaching (sidemenu) and then verify that "Coaching Session" is checked.

Coaching Session events will appear under Participant Report when you're enrolling them into a coaching program. Enrolling a participant means they will appear in the Event.

To manage a coaching session, simply navigate to the Coaching Session Event and click on a Participant. From there, you will be able to 

1. Add measurement
2. Ask assessment questions
3. Take private notes
4. Set goals and stages of change
5. Review past measurements from past coaching and screening events.
