Yes. To customize a confirmation email for an event,
1. Visit Event Settings.
2. Click "Email & Notifications" in the sidebar.
3. Click "Edit" under Confirmation Email section to add your custom text.
The confirmation email is laid out as follows:
1. General information (generated by Clovi)
- Appointment time (if chosen)
- Date of event (date of appointment if appointment is chosen)
- ID: first and last name
- Location: location attribute of the event
- Screening Company: your screening company name
2. Your custom message (generated by you)
3. Links for updating assessment (if applicable), rescheduling/canceling appointments (if applicable) and setting password (generated by Clovi)
4. Contact instructions (generated by Clovi)
