How do I purchase credits?

You can purchase credits from your Account.

1. Navigate to Account from the top navigation bar.

2. Click on Usage & Billing

3. Select an option from list of options

 

4. A Stripe Checkout popup will appear. We use Stripe to handle PCI compliance, allowing them to charge credit card and debit card information without Clovi knowing that information. 

5. Fill out the details. Currently Clovi accepts only debit cards or credit cards for purchases. When you click "Purchase", Stripe will charge your debit/credit card, and Clovi will update with the correct number of credits.
