Clovi supports client-wide eligibility requirements. However, we follow a specific process that we require screening companies to abide to.
First, an "eligibility file" in the context of a health program is different from an "eligibility file" in the context of an event (screening, coaching, etc). When you're uploading an "eligibility file" for an event, you're automatically importing those participants to the event. This will mark them as having registered for the event. Furthermore, we do not enforce eligibility requirements here.
In contrast, uploading an "eligibility file" to a program does *not* add them to the program's events. Instead, they're scoped to the program and this allows you to do a few things:
1. If you define an eligibility requirement field, say employee_id, then the participant will be required to enter the correct employee_id and date of birth before they can start registering.
2. If you've limited event lookup to the eligibility file, then a screener working on an event scoped to the program can search the eligibility file only.
To upload an eligibility file, follow these instructions:
NOTE: Once you upload eligibility file once, any subsequent uploads will NOT overwrite any of the participant attributes. Make sure the attributes are correct the first time.
You can upload historical data for a past event by:
1. Click on a Program of your choice.
2. Click Data Import.
3. Click "Upload Eligibility file" and follow instructions.
