What is the template for importing events from Excel?

Note that we require the following fields to be present:

• name
• event_type*
• address
• location (can also be named room)
• start_time
• start_date
• end_time
• end_date
• timezone**

You can optionally supply the following fields. If no such field is supplied, we will assume it as empty:

• assessment_name
• demographic_form_name
• screening_form_name
• risk_section_name
• require_assessment_answers
• require_appointment
• close_registration_if_no_appointments
• welcome_message informed_consent_message
• confirmation_email_message
• reminder_email_message
• results_email_message
• informed_consent_link

In addition, we require start_time and end_time to be written in HH:MM AM or HH:MM PM format, and start_date and end_date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

* We require Event Type to be one of: coaching, screening, flu, physician_form, homekit

** We require timezone to be one of:
