How does Clovi match LabCorp results?

Clovi offers 2 ways to match LabCorp data with Clovi data:

1. LabCorp Control Number (Recommended)

If LabCorp Control Number is present in the Screening Form, then we will use that to match data. To learn how to add this field to the screening form, check out https://clovi.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002929153-How-do-I-add-metrics-to-the-Screening-Form-

2. Participant Information

If LabCorp Control Number is missing, then we will use the following attributes to match:

• Participant First Name AND
• Participant Last Name AND
• LabCorp result must be generated between event start date and event end date

Keep in mind that #1 offers a more secure and reliable way of matching LabCorp data with Clovi data. Be aware that in some cases, #2 may match LabCorp data to the wrong participant (e.g. same first and last name at an event). For this reason, we always recommend specifying LabCorp Control Number.
